TERMS AND RESTRICTIONS

• All villa rates are in US$ and are subject to change
• Rates are subject to 10% service charge and 8% government tax
• Two bedroom villas – maximum occupancy 4 persons
• One bedroom villas – maximum occupancy 2 persons
• Reservations will be confirmed on receipt of a 25% initial payment with an additional 25% due thirty days prior to arrival date. Final payment is due upon arrival.
• Notification of cancellation should be made 70 days prior to arrival date for a full refund. Between 70 and 30 days will result in retention of the 25% initial deposit fee and a cancellation made 30 days prior to the arrival date will result in the retention of the 50% deposit. Cancellations between 7 and 0 days prior to arrival will result in a 80% cancellation fee of the total amount due.
• Children under twelve years will be accepted on the signing of a liability waiver form.
• Disclaimer letter must be signed by guests on arrival at the premises at the time of registration.
• No smoking inside of villas
• Swimming in the pool is at guests’ own risk.
• Guest ‘check in’ is at 3.00 pm on the date of arrival.
• Guest ‘check out’ is at 12.00 noon on date of departure.
