COVID-19
Due to current circumstances with the Covid-19 pandemic, we are not processing any deposits UNTIL 7 (Seven) DAYS PRIOR to your arrival on International bookings. At which time, 50% of the total accommodation cost will be charged to your credit card. In the case of a POSITIVE covid test result (required for entry into Grenada), prior to flying, your deposit will be refunded in full. Proof of positive test result must be submitted via email before refund is processed.
We understand flexibility is essential for everyone at present.
Changing the date on your reservation (within 7 days of arrival) may result in different pricing,
but there is no fee for making changes.
To make changes to your existing reservation please call or email us to update your reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION 30 days prior to arrival date: Refund – Full on payment made
15 days prior to arrival : Refund – Half on payment made
7 days prior to arrival : Refund – Quarter on payment made
Less than 7 days : Refund – None
NO SHOW : Refund – None
